Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Petdentx ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Petdentx is a multi-tenant B2B healthcare management platform that enables clinics, dental/medical laboratories, and medical suppliers to manage clinical workflows, lab orders, procurement, and billing in a connected ecosystem.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately at hello@petdentx.com of any unauthorized account access
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required.
Subscription Fees: Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations
- Input false, misleading, or fabricated patient or clinical data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or system resources
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the platform without written consent
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization
6. Data Ownership and License
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.
Our Platform: Petdentx retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, software, and documentation.
7. Healthcare Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including HIPAA (US), GDPR (EU), and Cambodia's Law on E-Commerce and Data Protection.
For HIPAA-covered entities, you must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us prior to inputting Protected Health Information. Contact us at hello@petdentx.com to request a BAA.
8. Uptime and Service Level
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Enterprise plan subscribers are entitled to the service levels defined in their Enterprise Service Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petdentx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
